I am 10 months into total right knee replacement. If I stay in any one position it gets as stiff and sore as it did at 1 month. I go to PT 3 times a week. I walk 1.5 miles 3 times a week. I was a very active person, and trying hard to get back to it. When I work out it loosens up and feels ok. Fifteen minutes later stiffness and pain. When I bend my knee it sounds like crinkleing saranwrap. The joint does click sometimes, thats not what I'm talking about, I can deal with that. This is on the sides of my knee. Has anybody else experienced this?
